You don't need a finished tech pack to start working with us.
Some clients come with detailed drawings and specifications. Some have a physical sample they want to develop further. Others have only a reference image or an idea in mind.
All of these are good places to start.

Start With Your Own Design
Already have a design, drawing or tech pack?
Send it to us and our team will review the details, including dimensions, construction, exotic leather selection, hardware, lining, logo placement and finishing.
If we see something that may be difficult to manufacture or could be improved, we'll discuss it with you before developing the sample.
Your design remains the starting point — our job is to help make it work in production.
Start With an Idea
Sometimes a new product begins with nothing more than an idea.
You might know that you want a crocodile handbag, a colorful python clutch or a collection of stingray leather accessories, but haven't decided on every detail yet.
Tell us what you have in mind.
We can help you explore the size, shape, material, construction and customization options needed to turn that idea into a product that can be sampled and manufactured.
Send Us a Reference Sample
Have an existing bag or accessory that shows the size, construction or function you're looking for?
A reference sample can help us understand what you want much faster.
We can use it as a starting point while developing your own version with different proportions, exotic leather, colors, hardware, lining, branding and other details.
The goal isn't simply to copy a product. It's to understand what you like about it and develop something appropriate for your own brand.
Customize One of Our Existing Styles
You don't always need to start from zero.
JewelPelle has developed thousands of exotic leather bags and accessories over the years. If you find an existing style that is close to what you're looking for, we can discuss how to adapt it for your collection.
Change the leather. Change the color. Adjust the dimensions. Select different hardware. Add your logo and packaging.
This can be a practical way to develop a private label exotic leather collection without beginning every product from a blank page.
